Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our Processing Service

• Your all-inclusive price covers document review, eligibility checking, form preparation, submission on the official government portal, and the applicable government fee.
• The price is non-refundable once we have begun processing your application.
• The price is non-refundable regardless of whether the visa is granted or rejected by the government, as our charge is for the processing work, not for the outcome.
• If you cancel before we have begun any work on your application and before any payment has been forwarded to a government portal, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund minus payment processing charges.

2. Government Fees

• A portion of your total price is the government fee, set by the destination country and paid to the official government portal.
• The government fee component is non-refundable in all cases once paid, including rejection, cancellation, change of plans, or errors in information provided by you.

3. Rejected Applications

• Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the destination country's government. We do not and cannot guarantee approval.
• No refund is issued for rejected applications.

4. Errors in Information

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information and documents you provide. Fees are not refundable for delays or rejections caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you.
